These are the standards which we see as critical to the success of the business and therefore must be met:

• Achievement of Business Plan;
• Achievement of all Manufacturer Targets;
• Top Quartile CSI Performance per the Manufacturer's League;
• Demonstration of our Company Vision, Values and Ethos and an ambition to be World Class.

Measurement

Performance will be tracked monthly, with bi-annual Formal Reviews.
